Terms and Conditions

By placing a reservations with URBAN LIMO you acknowledge and expressly to the following policies, terms and conditions and the further expressly authorize URBAN LIMO to charge your credit card in full or part deposit relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.

Privacy Policy
URBAN LIMO do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties. URBAN LIMO reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in according with our rates, terms and conditions of our polices.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted by email or fax or phone only Airport arrivals and departure transfer URBAN LIMO require that cancels be received no less than 24 hours prior to pick up time. Round trip cancellation should be mention same time if the cancellations required. – Hourly charters, point to point transfer, URBAN LIMO required 24 hours cancellation notes. – Wedding and Graduation package of 4 hours, URBAN LIMO required 168 hours (1 week) cancellation note, if they are more than 4 hours packages URBAN LIMO required 336 hours (2 weeks), prior to pick up time or deposit will be non refundable.

No-Show Policy
On all reservations you will be considered no-show at 30 minutes (45 minutes for international arrivals required custom clearance) past your scheduled pick-up time; if you have not met your chauffeur or contacted URBAN LIMO by phone you will be charged in full for the reservations. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location with out contacting URBAN LIMO by phone.

Vehicle Request Policy
URBAN LIMO reserve the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a client’s reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary. Vehicle type and color can be guaranteed with minimum 4 hours consecutively booking.

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is NOT allowed in any vehicles in VANCOUVER BC Canada. It is customers’ responsible for FINE / TICKETS.

Uncontrollable Act, Act of God and / or Act of Mother Nature
URBAN LIMO is not responsible acts of god, acts of mother nature and / or any circumstances that are beyond of our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, flight delays, weather delays, etc.

Lost or Damaged Items
URBAN LIMO is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. Our Chauffeurs will assist with luggage at client’s request, but assume no liability for doing so.

Vehicle Damage and Cleaning
The party paying for the reservations is responsible for all damages and / or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and / or party of the renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($250.00 cleaning fee) , Alcohol spilling ($150.00 cleaning fee), Broken Glassware ( $10.00 per glass), Burns repair ($500.00 fee), Burns replacement ($1000.00 fee), upholstery tears ($300.00 to $1500.00 repair or replacement), TV or LCD ($550.00 replacement), Broken window ($2000.00 replacement and installation), Stereo system ($300.00 to $1500.00 repair and / or replacement and installation) or opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object ($500.00 to $3000.00 repair damage), Etc

Termination of any Reservation by URBAN LIMO
URBAN LIMO reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the operator dispatcher on duty feels that the renter and / or party of the renter is putting operator or the mode of transportation or the renter and / or party of renter in danger of injury or if the renter and / or party of the renter are in possession of any illegal material and / or substance, this service will be cancelled without refund. URBAN LIMO further reserves the right to refuse in its sole discretion. This is without exception.

Payment methods
URBAN LIMO accepts Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. All charges, including gratuities are billed to client credit card / account. Credit cards are charged prior to pick-up time on the day of the trip. Clients who are paying by Cash or Debit they are required to pay up on vehicle arrival prior service are provided.

Credit Card / Voucher Presentation to Chauffeur
All Clients are required to sign and present the emailed or faxed Voucher to their driver at pick-up with the actual Physical Credit Card provided at time of booking; unless a signed 3rd party authorization with required documents has been placed on file with prior to pick-up or a corporate account has been activated and all required documents received.

Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums
The posted minimums is the minimum number of hours required per hourly reservation order to be advised at the time the reservation is made and which may change from time to time. Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in .15 min increments thereafter. Reduction in the amount of time is not permitted on day trip if prior cancellation or reduction of hours is done.

Special Event Deposit Policy
A deposit of 20% to 50% of the total price and a signed contract is required to hold the vehicle.

Rates, Billing and Surcharges
All rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops and time allotted, ETC. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in.15 min increment thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order not what you will be billed. URBAN limousine service ltd rates are billed including all applicable fees, 15% gratuities and all applicable taxes. All out of pocket charges, including but not limited to road tools fees, parking fees, airport fees, and carts will be billed to the client.

Rates / Price Changes
URBAN LIMO reserves the right to change rates at any time with informing client of changing rates and if clients disagree URBAN LIMO reserve the rights to refuse to do the transportation service.

Adding Extra Time on the Trip day
Extra Extra time can be added only if we are available on the trip day.
